学院开展车辆系生产实习中期检查，深化专业技术服务

为切实提升车辆系学生的工程实践能力，保障生产实习教学质量，学院组织专项检查组，深入各实习基地，对车辆系正在进行的生产实习开展了中期检查。此次检查不仅是对实习进度与安全的常规督导，更是一次面向生产一线的专业技术服务与交流活动。

深入一线，把脉实习质量

检查组由学院领导、车辆系骨干教师及教学管理人员组成。他们先后走访了多家合作紧密的汽车制造与技术服务企业，亲切看望了正在岗位上实操的实习生。检查过程中，教师们详细询问了学生的岗位分配、工作内容、技能掌握以及生活保障情况，并与企业指导师傅进行了深入交流，全面了解学生的实习表现和企业的反馈意见。通过实地查看学生参与的新能源汽车电控系统检测、整车装配线工艺优化、售后技术支持等具体项目，检查组对实习计划的落实情况和学生的实践成效给予了肯定。

送技术上门，解企业难题

本次中期检查的一大亮点，是学院教师主动为企业提供专业技术服务。针对实习企业近期在新能源汽车故障诊断效率、特定工装夹具优化等方面遇到的技术瓶颈，随行的专家教授现场“会诊”，结合学院在车辆工程、智能网联技术等领域的科研成果，提出了建设性的改进建议和解决方案。双方还就共同关心的技术趋势、人才需求及产学研合作项目进行了座谈。这种“检查+服务”的模式，不仅加深了学院对企业实际技术需求的了解，也为企业带去了前沿的理论视角和攻克难题的新思路，实现了教学检查与技术服务的有机结合，受到企业方的高度评价。

The mid-term inspection effectively gathered valuable first-hand feedback from both students and enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of internship work. College leaders stated that they will take this inspection as an opportunity to further optimize the internship teaching system, strengthen the integration of industry and education, and promote closer alignment between talent cultivation and industry needs. They also encouraged interns to cherish their on-site practical opportunities, to study humbly, to ask questions diligently, to strictly abide by safety regulations, and to strive to improve their professional skills and comprehensive qualities through practice. This mid-term inspection with technological service as its core not only strengthened the dynamic monitoring of internship quality but also deepened the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation.
